Vladimir has had strong mental abilities his whole life, and by now has complete mastery of them. He is able to block most all mental attacks and can even do some damage of his own. His offensive attacks consist entirely in the memory. He can erase memories with ease. The difficulty lies in finding the right memories to erase (there's typically a lot to go through) and it can take time. It is possible for him to create new memories as well, but it takes more time and energy and there is a greater risk of someone realizing his memory is fake if it doesn't match up perfectly with the rest of his memories, which would make the effort useless in the end.
Human Physical Description|
Vladimir looks like a Lord. He appearance is always neat and refined without getting too carried away with the fop. So his clothes are never like the over-the-top, diamond studded, type many of the upper-class choose to wear. He keeps it simple, but elegant,
Vladimir is tall and actually ripped underneath his fancy clothes. He believes a leader should be strong, so he dedicates a few hours a day to training, keeping his looks and body more youthful than one would expect. His hair is jet black, smooth, and shows no sign of gray yet. It is always kept neat, and relatively short. His eyes are a pale blue, that almost looks gray. They are usually distant and unfeeling, cool and calculating, or just cruel.
Animal Physical Description|
Fur is the same color as his hair, jet black. He has large round brown eyes that can be sweet looking unless he's angry. His fur is kinda long, and it's very soft. He doesn't really look threatening in this form, so he doesn't usually shift.
Personality|
Vlad comes off as cool and calm. He is the leader everyone can count on. When there's a crisis, Lord Vladimir will know what to do. he is a smart, strong leader who leads the country on the road to prosperity everyday.
The man adores his people. The common, everyday worker he supports above any other. He has such a faith in the Danicans, he idolizes them on a pedestal in his mind. Even the criminals and pirates. For the sake of his people, he doesn't support them openly, but in his mind he respects the warriors and would even be willing to make dealings with them.
Vladimir really isn't close to anyone, (he frightens many of the castle-dwellers), which makes his plotting easier, and also gives him an air of mystery.
The fact that he hasn't taken a queen is because he hasn't found one worthy of representing Danica to the world. She would have to be beautiful and strong, but more importantly she would have to have almost as much determination as Vlad himself. Any marriage that would deter his people's faith in him would just not do.
The one thing Vladimir cannot stand is weakness. Pushovers, people who do nothing to stand up for what is just, lazy men and people who sit back and have it easy in life, will have no respect from him, and will likely find themselves worse off after knowing the Lord of Danica.
To his enemies, he is cruel to say the least. A life, a reputation, a romance, all these things can be ruined by the smallest of things. Once on Vladimir's bad side, your life and everything you hold dear may begin to unravel before your eyes, and nothing but the twinkle of satisfaction in the cold gray eyes of the Lord of Danica will be proof that he was the cause of it all.
Vladimir is a master strategist when it comes to things like that. He has pawns set about everywhere, ready to obey his every command either out of fear or of sheer loyalty.
Views|
He will forever side with his people. He has a great faith in his army and in the hearts of his citizens, and if Borislav so much as looks at his country the wrong way, they'll get what's coming to them. He is not by any means against war. In fact he's the kind of leader who would charge out to battle with the army himself, to show he has no fear of the enemy and neither should his soldiers. He hates anyone who looks down on the Danicans,

Mother: Old Queen of Danica (deceased)
Brother: Lord Michael de la Danica (deceased)
Nephew: Prince Frost Roberts-de la Danica
History|
Though Vladimir was born second, he was by no means second-rate. He was determined to prove he was just as good as his older brother in everything they did as children and he generally did, especially in combat. His determination comes from his devotion to his country. Growing up in the palace, he saw the world of the rich and powerful; and growing up as the second-born, he saw much more of the outside world than his more protected brother. He couldn't believe the cruelty, the harness, and yet the unwavering spirit of his citizens, and he fell in love with them. The common man was so much more than the forever scheming dogs of the court. They didn't have the world at their command, often they didn't even a loaf of bread at their command, and yet they could be happy, they could laugh, and live life with passion. How dare the Borislavs look down on his people! How dare they live in luxury while the Danicans suffer, and claim they are in the right to do so! He determined then to devote his life to bettering the Danicans even if he would never be Lord. His brother would be a competent enough Lord, and with Vladimir's abilities, and his general influence over the Lord as his brother, he could still accomplish his goal.
Then when Michael had a son, things changed. Vladimir saw the boy as soft, as a follower rather than the leader Danica needed, as well as incompetent in almost every way. He had no redeeming features or characteristics, and lacked the motivation to fix that. No, Frost would not do, Vladimir would not let Danica fall into such hands. He figured, when the boy came of age to rule, he would have to kill him, but, when the Lord and Queen died, and Frost moved not to take the throne, he saw there would not be the need. Vladimir was accepted as the new Lord with much enthusiasm, and a lot of relief by the people, who knew he was on their side. He had then and still has no intention of giving up the throne to Frost.
