There is war between two species of werecreature: werewolves (called Borislav) and weredogs (called Danica). The Danicans started the war, claiming that they can best the Borislavians at anything, especially fighting. Their terrain is savage wereas Borislavian territory is peaceful and balanced. The Danicans started the war by killing the Borislavians' Queen, forcing them into action. Some are strongly against the war while others have been lusting for it for a long time, especially in Danica. Who will be the victors? Or, can the war be stopped before too many lives are taken as a result? |

Okay, so here werewolves are people that can turn into wolves at any time they please. Werewolves are born as wolves, but the weredogs are born as humans. So some werewolves think themselves superior. Because of this superiority complex, there is a war. Not all werewolves feel like though, so many have been rebelling the gov. All government ranking wolves feel that way. Werewolves are in their human form most of the time.
As for the weredogs, almost all the weredogs hate all werewolves no matter what. Only a few think that some werewolves are different. They think they got the short end of the stick in all things: country, blood-line, treatment, everything. They do have limitations on their transformations, unlike the werewolves. They can only transform once a day, and so stay human most of the time.
Also, a werewolf can bite a human thus turning them into a weredog. Only those born as a wolf can turn a human.
Now, rules for turning. ^^ As I mentioned, a werewolf can turn a human into a weredog simply by biting them. You can choose to leave that tid-bit out of your character's bio if you wish as this will be the story of most of the weredog characters. However, if both parents are weredogs, then it is possible to produce a second-generation weredog. They will be born human, but have the weredog gene. Their transformations are even more limited: one transformation a month. Now, if a weredog and a werewolf had kids, the child(ren) will be born human, and will be some form of Husky mix. They will not have to be turned, but they will be physically weaker since this is a mix of two different species.
