Victoria believes that the war must be put to an end. Period. She does not care how it is done, but she does care about how many are killed. Since her first priority is her people, she does not care deeply how many weredogs suffer to end the war.

History|
Victoria grew up in an extended, rich family. All the daughters were married into money, and when the Lord of Borislav wanted her, Victoria's parents quickly agreed upon a price and the marriage was underway. Victoria didn't mind it, her new husband was kind and gentle with her and her family and she did like being wed to him. However, he did fear her power greatly.... The Lord's father -- Mercedus -- told his son that Victoria's powers would benefit the country in times of war, and told him to make a decree: If anything happened to the Lord and Victoria was still the Queen, she was to take position of Lord until she choose a new one. Shockingly, the day after the Lord was found murdered. Many suspected Victoria, but Victoria knew it was her husband's father, Mercedus. She said nothing, and took her new position with her head held high. Even though she hopes for peace, she will lead her country accordingly. And take every chance she has to end the war, no matter the cost.
