Control over water, ice and slightly temperature. Can work with water only when it is there already, and can freeze the water into ice. Has not mastered temperature manipulation yet.

Human Physical Description|
Oddly enough, Quidel looks nothing like his sister or mother. He instead is an exact replica of his father. He has coal black hair, slightly longer than normal for a boy but not past his shoulders. His eyes are dark green, and his skin is slightly tan. All in all, he is a very handsome young man.

Animal Physical Description|
Another oddity: Quidel is not a golden Golden Retriever, he is in fact pure white. His eyes are a dark, rich chocolate brown, and his fur is long and wavy, so other than the actual color of his fur he appears to be a normal Golden Retriever.

Personality|
Quidel is the exact opposite of his fraternal twin. She is technically the older one, and rubbing in that fact is the only thing that sets him off. He's mature, and only really shows any form of anger when fighting. However, this emotion isn't really anger...it's more like malice. No matter who it is, or what they are, when fighting he always aims to either kill or cripple. This manner of fighting has made him infamous, more so than his twin sister. People fear him more because he is known to have a kill record, Maiara is not. Out of battle though, he's pretty laid back and can be easily mistaken for a lazy look-a-like to the infamous Lt. Don't be mistaken, he is not lazy. He just doesn't care. The only "human" life he cares for, is that of himself and his twin. Maybe, if fate decides it, he will fall in love. Then, her life will matter to him as well. If that ever happens.

Views|
Just like in his outtake on life, Quidel cares nothing for "human" life. He's only fighting in it so thoroughly, because without something to do he'd be bored. Being bored for this man is dangerous. His sister convinced him to fight with the argument: "Why kill your own people when you could kill the enemy?"

History|
Quidel and Maiara never knew their father. He died before they were born as a result of the war. He was a Captain, and a darn good one. He led the Fang Squad against Borislav for many years, and was well known by the other Captains and their squads. The twins' mother was a soft-spoken and loving woman, plucked from the streets by a man who fell in love with her. Maiara and Quidel were raised with love, and before their mother died they were very different. Maiara was a kinder person, she lost her temper only on occansion and worked hard to keep it down. Quidel was friendlier, more approachable, and a lot less dangerous. However, after their mother died things fell apart. The twins started fighting more often, and that changed how they were entirely. Quidel became a deadly person, infamous for the number of people he's killed. Maiara become hot-headed and easily angered, although she has to kill anybody and be caught. They both share one quality though: they are both unpredictable.
